ChatGPT Plus (charged me and did not work) - useless faq & support chat

I have a problem with my ChatGPT Plus subscription, funds were debited from my account 2 weeks ago and the ChatGPT Plus is still not active.

Today is the 8th day of waiting for a response from support via. popup chat.
The OpenAI FAQ does not have any useful information on how to resolve this issue.

Has anyone encountered such a case?
Is there anything I can do to speed up the resolution of this problem?
Where can I apply for a refund for this month?

I’m aware that this is probably not the right place to write about this, but as I mentioned https://help.openai.com is not helpful at all.
