After payment of plus account and the plan is also shown but in the dashboard i see the free plan why my payment id deducted and in the manage subscription page shown my plus plan but not available in the chatgpt dashboard

Same problem for me. After payment, all looks good on the subscription management page, but on the main page Plus is not working and it is still suggesting that I upgrade my account to Plus.
