This is actually hilarious as it is 2025 and still, this issue persists. Is it so hard to implement a lazy load, that lets you load older messages above only when you scroll all the way up? I mean this is not only best practice it is common sense. And everyone else does it. I’m tired of opening 5 new chats for one and the same thing just because each chat blows up my browser.
I am trying to have it analyze some code. I get so many disconnects. Attempting to re-connect (Which is a lie as it never tries or moves forware from there) that I’m going to have to try something else. Today it horrible. I have uploaded my code 6 times and 6 times I’ve been disconnect.
Chatgpt apps in Windows 11, is super bad. laggy, does not give your the answer, sometimes it crash, and most of the time it just return nothing. It is so bad.
Where is those billion dollars go, you guys should hire a better software engineer for this.
Starting 2026 with unfortunately discontinuing the gpt plus subscription. It was very helpful in solving my problems only through an android. On stations, like Linux or windows it’s unusable… Also I’ve tried resolving my code problems apart from my mental ones and, gpt is good in helping with like mental stuff but code.. Mad ting.. For the same code-issue on different llms the longest answer was from gpt, while others just gave me the “write these 2 commands and it should work” … I cant lie gpt helped me a lot in my life, but this bugging and abusing my ram on stations is unbearable and unimaginable from one of these leader companies (??) in ai. Also why are here 21 users reporting this issue only? Isn’t gpt is used by millions… Anyways where are devs tho? Please make it work again
Can’t believe people pay for this crap. The web app where actually serious paying customers will be sucks. I guess they care more about their gpt models being used by enterprise customers and using their own front ends instead of their dogwater interface.
