ChatGPT not showing any text answer

I didn’t update any settings in my computer and today when I tried to use ChatGPT(always in Edge), ChatGPT didn’t display any text. at first I thought the network is corrupted, but I can upload images to the conversation and chatGPT answer it normally.

I tried to use Android Chrome to open the web page, and the conversation texts still all gone.. I’ve clear all cookies and caches and reboot the computer, still not work.

Is it a bug? Or what should I do to make sure things back on track.. thanks a lot.

I’ve tried these ways:

  1. windows edge
  2. android chrome
  3. windows application

and text answer cannot be shown, just to “ctrl+c” and “ctrl+v” can read the text, but the history conversation cannot be shown either. The picture is liked:

I’m having the same exact issue! Started today. only seems to be happening to chromium browsers

me too. doesn’t work even when i try oh my phone or using safari

same situation here with Microsoft Edge on windows laptopn. I tried with Chagpt app on phone and the texts are normally displayed.

Literally happened to me just now after i deleted my chats

seems so. I tried to use firefox instead of edge and chrome and the problem can be solve, temporarily. The same as Codex. But it seems that similar problem appeared 2025-09-03.

Suddenly happened to me just today! I was using it and it was fine but all a sudden, it just stop displaying responses in all my chats. I tried clearing cache, restarting my computer, different browsers but same issue. It works in the mobile app on my iPhone, just not on my laptop.
