ChatGPT not fulfilling my requests problem

I work for a company and we have a bussiness account, so there are a LOT of active threads going on. Since yesterday, every time I try to give chatGPT any type of request, in any of the threads (even in the new ones), it responds with
“Got it! If there’s anything specific you’d like to continue working on or update, just let me know!”
or anything similar to that. It doesn’t fulfill the request, answer my question, or anything of that sort, just gives this default message.
I tried deleting some of the old threads to fix the possible memory issue, but it’s still not working. Any suggestions? Is there even a way to contact customer support, because I didn’t find it yet.

I’m also having the exact same problem. I’ll give you an example of the prompt I’m giving And the output by chat gpt:

  1. Same thing here. Below are solutions that I’m currently using to at least make the most of it:

  1. Using temporary chat. It still cant analyze pics that I uploaded, but at least it can process the request correctly
  2. Using Featured GPT like Code Copilot or Scholar, at least they are functioning right now
