I am looking at ChatGPT sidebar (Chrome extension) service, it said it has a service called “Smart web access”, if I subscripted this service, for everytime I am looking at a webpage online, such as a code or a video, does this mean the ChatGPT can also see the current web page where I am looking at and help me to answer questions from the web contents that I am looking at?

There are a lot of different AI assistant extensions for Chrome. I recommend BrowseWiz - it has ChatGPT as one of the available models and can access active tab contents as chat context if you choose it.
