Delete or archive the convo where you tried to save the memory and ask him about it in a fresh convo. It should remember. If it doesn’t, it’s a more serious bug. The way I see it, the listing of memories just hasn’t been updated, but in fact the memory is stored.

Oh, here we go again.
Ok, big news. The memory is gone. BUG IS BACK. My tests may have been cached or I don’t know so Chat somehow remembered it. After a while, the information disappeared completely. It is not visible in the memory dump and Chat knows nothing about it. I just can’t. After all the bugs and downgrades… I’m throwing money at something that just gives me a headache.

Guys what are you all talking about? My memory on all of my 5+ and 5 free accounts all worked just fine last night, I didn’t think there was another bug again.
Perhaps this new one is isolated case? Only apply to some accouns? Because mine still worked fine- if anything, it’s even better as it doesn’t change much of the words of the text I want it to store.
As for the information disappearing, it did happen to me once, but I just restore it and it worked out just fine. It doesn’t disappear again.
On top of that, it’s not the whole memory, only partial disappearance. If you want to avoid all-memory loss, then why don’t disperse each data as separate entries?
That’s what I do, and Chat GPT followed with no problem.
They did some updates regarding EQ and projects for free users. I understand there are always some problems. The bad thing is I didn’t know about it. You know what I’d like to see improved? A little banner in chat that tells me they’re working on something right now and some services may be buggy or unavailable. I’d forgive myself a lot of panic.
