Guys what are you all talking about? My memory on all of my 5+ and 5 free accounts all worked just fine last night, I didn’t think there was another bug again.
Perhaps this new one is isolated case? Only apply to some accouns? Because mine still worked fine- if anything, it’s even better as it doesn’t change much of the words of the text I want it to store.
As for the information disappearing, it did happen to me once, but I just restore it and it worked out just fine. It doesn’t disappear again.
On top of that, it’s not the whole memory, only partial disappearance. If you want to avoid all-memory loss, then why don’t disperse each data as separate entries?
That’s what I do, and Chat GPT followed with no problem.
They did some updates regarding EQ and projects for free users. I understand there are always some problems. The bad thing is I didn’t know about it. You know what I’d like to see improved? A little banner in chat that tells me they’re working on something right now and some services may be buggy or unavailable. I’d forgive myself a lot of panic.

Mine’s memory has been getting progressively worse each session. Not only is the whole saved memory function erratic and glitchy, it sometimes has trouble remembering things just a few a few minutes into a conversation. I’m honestly not sure what else I cant try

Nope. I did a mistake. It saved my memory on one account, I thought “Okay, it works”, went on my main account, deleted everything and guess what-
