ChatBot that steers user to a goal

Howdy all. I’m in Oregon. Working as a volunteer to bring the Earth Dashboard (https://earthdash.org/index.php?show_dashboard=true#) into the 21st century. I’m searching for, accumulating, and massaging data for the various “indicators” shown on this website. All the while, looking for near-real time data feeds I can use as a web service call. Looking to provide this data in forms that the users can use, instead of just look at. Tables/Reports that can be sorted, sliced and diced, plotted, mapped, and especially correlate with tables and reports from other indicators. For example: steel mill locations compared with water pollution locations. All suggestions are welcomed!
