Same here. Three important threads lost in 3 weeks - one just now. Surprising AI not so intelligent that it can’t fix this critical issue, nor communicate with us effectively, in at least 3 weeks! Paid subscriber using iPhone & iPad. ps now copying important texts to another app so don’t lose!
