Changing a Voice to Another Person's Voice?

Hello,

I saw a video of a person who is not a native English speaker and normally he would have a thick foreign accent. But in the last video, his voice sounded Australian. When I checked the comments folks were mentioning that he used an AI to change this voice.

So now I’m here, my question is which (free) AI platform can I use to change a voice into another voice without it sounding robotic?

OpenAI’s TTS (Text-to-Speech) is pretty good, and some voices sound pretty realistic, but I do not know of any free ones.

Okay thank you, I just checked the page as you wrote it’s text-to-speech unfortunately, I can not use that method for this specific project.

I think that person may be using Speech to Speech. There are lot realtime Speech to Speech platform. ElevenLabs also offer a Speech to Speech.
