when I upload images get stuck halfway. how can I fix this?

I am paid user too. I tried on new phone and laptop still same issue.
As of November 2024 any news about this bug or fixes? I’m dealing with this problem right now. Idk what’s causing the problem. Suggestions and Answers would gladly be appreciated.
