i want to login to my account. i wasn’t plus member. but i was using chat gpt with a normal account by no paying. i enter my email to receive login link but it doesn’t work. please help help help please. i need to access to chat gpt immediately. please help help 
Did you sign up initially with either service Google or Microsoft for your account? Make sure you use the correct login option to access your account accordingly if so.

Try a different device. When I tried to login on a different device than I signed up, I was blocked out, as the system told me it was full, so I could not login. I went to my original device and had full use.
The device mayn’t be a problem. I am using multiple devices for the same login. No problems there.
