I tried to access Playground (for the first time in the previous 24 hours) and got this error:

Same here. Haven’t been able to login to either DALL-E or the API.
Same here, for both playground and chat. Also when checking further details it says “Global rate limit exceeded” I really did not use it that frequently today. It said to wait a short while, then try again. I waited for like 10 minutes, tried again, same thing.
It should be noted I was using a VPN for a while then turned it off, not sure if that’s related.

Ok, for anyone else experiencing the same issue - I got a reply from OpenAI support folks, seems like this is a global issue and they’re already working on the fix.
It’s already resolved for me.
