Can't access My GPTs in iPhone app

I wrote a custom GPT and used it on my iPhone, or rather, I used to. I can’t access it anymore. For some reason, the My GPT menu item is no longer on my phone’s ChatGPT app.
I can happily access it from a browser, just not in the app.
Any idea what is happening?
Any ideas much appreciated.

Thanks for flagging this, @laurence.wright01. Since your custom GPT is still accessible in the browser, it sounds more like an app-side issue than anything happening to the GPT itself.

A few things worth trying first:

  • Make sure the ChatGPT app is fully updated.
  • Force-close and reopen the app.
  • Sign out and back in, and confirm you’re using the same account as in the browser.
  • If needed, reinstall the app.

If My GPTs is still missing after that, could you share your ChatGPT app version, iOS version, and iPhone model? A screenshot of what you’re seeing in the app would also help us narrow it down.

I tried all those suggested things to no avail.

Here’s my setup:
ChatGPT for iOS 1.2026.202 (30140022279)
iOS 26.6
iPhone 17 Pro

Below is a screenshot of the menu from the app. No GPTs anywhere.

What worked for me is to pin the GPT, then it will be visible under the pinned section. Not saying this is a solution, just a work around.

Also experiencing this issue after updating the app. Was using the GPT, saw the update notification, updated and can no longer access it within 5 minutes.

If possible, include screenshots, any error messages, a short screen recording showing what happens under the GPT section, and your device information such as device model, OS version, and app or browser version.
