Cannot use ChatGPT via desktop website AT ALL; blank page glitch appears to be attached to my account

I’ve been getting a weird almost-blank UI which looks like the skeleton of the regular chat UI except with less buttons and every button does absolutely nothing. The text message input is there, and when you press send or enter nothing happens. It’s been like this for several days now. I thought to myself “oh this will probably be fixed immediately because it’s such a serious issue”. However I now realize that I am among a very tiny subset of very unlucky users affected by this horrendous bug which renders the website ENTIRELY UNUSABLE. I am talking about chat.openai.com.

If anyone has any workaround, please let me know. I already tried to log in from Incognito and encountered the same issue. The only way the website works is if I use it from Incognito WITHOUT logging in (which forces you to use a bad model). I also tried visiting the “auth0” link as suggested in another forum which is now locked. It takes me to a working OpenAI website, but as soon as I try to visit any login link such as “ChatGPT login”, it gives me either a blank white page or the aforementioned almost-blank chat UI.

I found the answer in the console log. It says “Your OpenAI account has been deactivated, please check your email for more information. If you feel this is an error, contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.”

However, get this: THEY NEVER SENT ME ANY EMAIL!

Moreover, I received a warning about content violation 2 weeks ago and quickly implemented moderation to become in compliance. I emailed their help email to confirm, and got NO RESPONSE. They never emailed me back. They didn’t even email me to say I was banned!

Also that is a really disrespectful way to ban someone. Why can’t you just display it in big red letters at the top of the page? Why would you show me a glitched page and force me to research why it’s glitched (thinking it was just a broken webpage)?
