Really getting annoyed with the same recurring issue. I have been using GPT on my chrome for 3 years now. Ihave paid for the premium version. For the last month I have been getting errors about my files being expired but I literally upload them with the prompt and it tells me that. what is the point of paying subscription for the exact service it is giving me errors for
Hmm - that’s really not ideal!
We did see a spike in file upload errors recently, and the team was looking into it. The incident on the Status page has since been marked resolved.
