I’m a newer in gpt, and i just subscribe the GPT plus in my account. But i cannot find ‘gpt-4’ model in model rate limit page or playground page.
In my api call, i also cannot find gpt-4 model in my model list api result. gpt3 or 3.5-turbo are available. Any one can help me ?
ChatGPT API is not included in the ChatGPT Plus subscription and are billed separately.

ChatGPT Plus
ChatGPT Plus subscribers will get GPT-4 access on chat.openai.com with a usage cap. We will dynamically adjust the exact usage cap depending on demand and system performance in practice. GPT-4 currently has a cap of 25 messages every 3 hours.

By the way, if i have the access on gpt-4 api, can i use plugins or web-browsing function in api? Is there a document about this?
ChatGPT Plugins and Browsing are only available on ChatGPT. Not available on API

Plugins are for ChatGPT (chat.openai.com). Not API’s
