Me too, also a new model has just replaced gpt-3.5… and it is called gpt-4o mini!!!

If I remember correctly, initially when the limited messages for the better model started it would just write a message that it is switching to the free model and we could continue in the same chat but now we have to switch to a new model. OpenAI if possible can you fix this so that we can continue in the same chat. I understand that Memory is counted as a tool. But maybe if you can just inform the user and them let them continue in the same chat without the tools.

I’m writing to report an issue regarding access to ChatGPT 3.5. Although I receive a message stating that I’ve reached the GPT-4o limit and responses will default to GPT-3.5 until the reset time, I am currently unable to send any messages using GPT-3.5 either.
In attachment, I will link a photo showing the problem.
As far as I understand, the free usage plan does not indicate any restrictions on accessing GPT-3.5. I kindly ask you to look into this issue, or if possible, reduce the wait time for access, as ChatGPT has become an essential tool for me and many of my colleagues in our daily work.
