I am having many issues with ChatGPT, specifically relating to the AI helping me perform advanced linguistic analysis. The AI is informing me that the multiple bugs, errors, degredations in performance, and persistent issues across multiple sessions require me to reach out to OpenAI support for assistance.
I have been reaching out to Support via live chat and their email for weeks now and am getting the runaround. Specifically, I am receiving the exact same canned email response from different OpenAI support personnel that I have received previously, responded to previously, but haven’t received any responses to. The canned responses “feel” as if I am talking to another AI.
ChatGPT is suggesting I reach out on this forum as a last resort before taking my issues “public” on twitter to try and garner a response. The reason is that my project is at a standstill until I can ensure chatGPT can do simple things like accurately find data on a small xlsx to display in chat.
Can anyone “flag” an employee of openAI, or provide some contact information to a human with OpenAI, that I can discuss my issues with to try and resolve them?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
