i’m new member and am from Vietnam. Today i want to upgrade my account from free (3.5) to plus (gpt-4) but i can not pay successfully. i have tried many times to pay, example: visa card, master card. System has a warning: “We are unable to authenticate your payment method. Please choose a different payment method and try again”.
Help me, pls!
