Yes, I know I shouldn’t open a ticket here. But I can’t find any area where I can get help in any way. That’s why I need support.
I was logging into the system with my student e-mail. But my school closed my mail. And I was auth to openai with google. But right now I can’t login because my email is closed. I had a premium account. Therefore, the payment will be automatically. Also I can’t create in new account because my phone number is registered for my old account. I can’t do anything right now. I can neither create a new user nor delete my old user (or cancel the payment). Also, I can’t open any tickets on help.openai.com. The chatbot is not working well, so I could not run a smooth process.
Is there anyone who can help me?
