Can I use TTS on the Playground environment? Just want to test something simple and quick. Can’t find it in Assistants or Playground pages

As far as I know, unfortunately, you can’t.

If you want to test out TTS you can use my AI Voice Generator GPT. You can tell it what you want said and which OpenAI TTS voice to use. It’ll generate you a downloadable audio file all with one prompt. Let me know if you’d like the addition or any new features. Trying to make it as easy and intuitive as possible to use!
