I am trying to find out whether the Automatic Advanced Matching can be turned off or is always on. The documentation suggests it may be turned off, but I am not seeing an option in the OpenAI Ads management > Conversions > Data Sources > Edit ui or anywhere else.
Automatic Advanced Matching can be turned off where the control is available for your ad account. If it’s missing from Edit, contact OpenAI Support through the chat bubble at help.openai.com, or write to us at ads-support@openai.com so Support can review your account’s options.
