Building a data analysis GPT using My GPTs but files aren't uploading

When I upload the CSV to standard ChatGPT 4 the files are analyzed no problems, but my personal GPT bot, with code interpreter turned on, isn’t even recognizing the file. Nothing I can do will get it to work.

Any advice?
