You can wait to hear from OpenAI if you email (they are unlikely to give you anything official here). I can’t render a disposition, but I can predict: What you are asking is similar to, “Yeah, but I don’t have ChatGPT Plus - I want to make ChatGPT Apps and GPTs as a developer, though”.

Actually I am paying their 200$ subscription. But paying now 10K just for debugging it’s not something a startup can absorb
