Hello, how are you?
I’m unable to select models for my prompts in my OpenAI account Dashboard. When I click the “Select…” button, I get the message “No results found.” and on the left there’s a warning emoji with the message “No eligible models available”.
My account has a verified phone number, credits, all previous invoices paid, and it’s on tier 3.
What could be happening?
