Operating System Windows 10 Enterprise Edition
Windows 11 professional edition
Browser: chrome 122.0.6261.113 Firefox 23.0.1 Edge122.0.2365.80
This is an error in the output of the Firefox console
Why does it still prompt for an upgrade when both edge and Chrome kernels are the same. The edge has also been upgraded to the latest version. This makes me very strange. Does the OpenAI website designer just rely on whether UA has Chrome or Firefox to determine whether a browser upgrade is needed? This is too childish, perhaps you already dislike Microsoft’s Edge browser. That’s why the edge was directly blocked?
Chrome and Firefox have similar error messages, so there are no screenshots.
Okay, I can test that I can access the OpenAI website normally. You can also log out of chat normally, but once you log in, you can enter. When entering information and clicking to send a message to the server, various errors will appear as shown in the screenshot. ChatGPT has been spinning and loading, but after waiting for a long time, it will not load the returned data. The console returns a lot of error messages. If you wait for a while to load and then refresh again. The text data returned by the server will appear on the webpage.
I have tried clearing the browser’s cache, changing DNS, and disabling the IPv6 function of the network card and browser. The final result is still the same as before, with no error returned and data loaded continuously.
Addendum: The browser has all closed various extension programs, and I have also tested the newly installed system and browser in the virtual machine, which is still the case. Mac and Linux were not tested because most of my production environments are on Windows
