Hello! I’m having a lot of trouble using ChatGPT. Can you please check my history and see how many questions you’ve resolved for me? We all know you’re the king of the market right now, but please pay attention to us small users too. The issue I’m facing is that when I open the chat and try to write something, nothing shows up. The screen just stays the same. This has happened multiple times.
As far as I know, this issue doesn’t seem to be widely recognized. While it may be a commonly suggested approach, please try the following methods:

Log in using a different browser: For example, install a browser you’ve never used before and try logging in from there.

Clear your cookies and history in your current browser: If you’re using Google Chrome, click on the icon to the left of the URL bar, click on “Cookies and site data,” and then click “Manage on-device data.”
Next, click the trash icon next to “chatgpt.com,” “openai.com,” and “***.chat.openai.com” to delete the cookies and history data stored on your device. Restart your browser and try logging in again.
In most cases, these methods should help resolve the issue.
If it still doesn’t work, try accessing the service from the app on your phone and include that information in your report.
This might help someone provide you with a better solution.
