I’ve created a custom GPT that uses information gained from peer-reviewed journal articles to improve user prompts.

Are there any prompts you’ve found to be especially helpful in ensuring your prompt generates the best output possible?

What’s the exact use-case for this? I grabbed a prompt (question) I threw at GPT4 this morning to refactor some code at work and pasted it in here, and the bot just started answering the question.

If the query is simple and straightforward,
the GPT will simply provide an answer.

If more complex, a refined prompt will be provided.

With usage capped at 40 per three hours and as well as from a climate perspective, I found it unnecessary to elevate a simple prompt.
