Banked Codex reset not received

So I finally took proper dive into Codex and I like it. But I ran into my weekly usage limit. I thought I shouldn’t be too worried about that since OpenAI (and Tibo on X etc) have announced several times that there are free resets (one on launch and another was promised later) for paid users. I am Plus user but have not received any Codex reset.

I created support case 10978203 about this, would appreciate a human took a look and granted me the reset so I could continue working. Btw, the AI agent responding to support cases is useless for issues like this.

EDIT: Got response from human (I think) that OpenAI did not actually give usage resets to everyone even though they clearly implied that in their marketing. Very disappointing.
