My concept is a personal AI, completely local to the user’s device, that evolves over time and stores user data locally. The idea arose from the desire to combine privacy and customization with true AI autonomy.
I’m not a programmer. I’m an author and have encountered issues that have now been fixed (such as preserving conversation memory in new chat sessions). I also understand that current versions of GPT are primarily cloud-based, and users can’t fully control the AI on their devices. My goal is to explore what solutions are possible today using existing APIs and what areas are worth pursuing.
I have some thoughts and ideas about how to take the next step in AI development, but I would be glad to hear any thoughts on this matter from OpenAI developers or other specialists.
