Feature request: Automatically resume Codex after usage reset
When Codex hits a 5-hour usage limit during a long development task, it should be able to safely pause, save its current Git/handover state, wait for the usage reset, and automatically resume from the latest checkpoint.
For long-running projects, this would avoid manual monitoring and restarting after every reset while still preserving safety through Git checkpoints and handover files.
