Hello,
I recently selected the “Delete All Chats” option in ChatGPT, under the impression that my archived chats would remain intact. Before doing so, I explicitly asked ChatGPT if the archived chats would be affected by this action, and I was assured that they would not be deleted and would remain safe. However, I’ve now discovered that all my archived chats have been deleted as well.
There is one specific chat that is particularly important to me, and I would be extremely grateful if there is any way to recover it. I also know the name of the chat.
Can anyone help or advise on how to proceed in this situation?
