Applied balance on invoice, but doesn't show on account

Hey, on my recent OpenAI API invoices from the last few months (all of which have been for around 10-20 pence), they all show that my outstanding balance was paid via “Applied balance”, meaning my payment card total is £0.00. All of my invoices so far have been paid via “Applied balance” and I haven’t ever been charged on my card. However, to the best of my knowledge, I don’t have an account balance or credits, and no “Balance” shows on my usage dashboard (or any other section of my OpenAI account). Therefore, what is this “Applied balance” that is being used to pay all of my invoices, and how can I view how much is remaining of it, as I never topped up any balances and can’t find anything that shows me how much “Balance” I have left. Thank you!

Hey, I have tried but they haven’t got back to me yet. But it’s not so much a billing “issue”, more just wondering if anyone knows how to view balances on the account, as I assume it’s just hidden somewhere that I can’t find it haha. But thanks for responding

The term “Applied Balance” is just what your last account balance was, i.e. zero in this case and with a zero bill (or under the minimum viable charging amount) it will be carried over to the next billing cycle.
