API is way tooooo slow! in response what's going on?

Hey guys what’s going on? API again is way too slow, please fix. Compared to bing, it’s at a crawling pace. It was good for about a minute

My API keeps responding with a RateLimit error. When I check the status page at https://status.openai.com/ it says there are no issues…any way I can report an issue?

same here. I I thought it was something with my code and spent hours investigating it
