Assistant and open ai api calls using O3-mini are failing continuously for the last 1 hr. When running a query in assistant am seeing this error

Same here, actually it is failing for the last 1 day
Whatever was changed, it caused us 10 hours of unnoticed downtime. The fix was switching to a different model.

We tried switching to a different model, but when analyzing files, it’s causing hallucinations.

Also having this issue. o3 is the only model that works for our specific task.
We are experiencing the same issue. We use the o3-mini for a critical task, and during a client demo yesterday it malfunctioned, causing significant disruption. Please address this as soon as possible.
