Has anyone noticed issues with o3-mini via api today? It doesn’t seem to be returning any content and just spinning. When I test on the platform, I also receive unexpected responses to my test prompts. It will say, “Thought for # seconds,” but does not follow the system prompt and return content.

I Think problem is generall.. But status.openai nothing say somethink about it.

Hi there! Is this still an issue?
It seems the affected models on the Responses API are repaired.
For o1 and o3-mini “output”, I get “type”: “reasoning” (2 summary items) and finally a “type”: “message” answering my question about catarrhine primates and a “usage” reflecting the sent input instead of 0.
