Run failed - o3-mini only

In both playground with assistants and in the assistants API, I’m testing a simple assistant with o3 but have been encountering “Run failed
Sorry, something went wrong.”, since yesterday.
I have a very simple assistant, without file search or any attachments.

I have access to o3, and am tier4. All other assistants with other models and assistants work fine, just not o3-mini.

I do not see any issues reported in the OpenAI status monitor and other posts in the forum had this issue in November and were marked fixed.

Does anyone know if there are issues with assistants api and o3?

It’s streaming about 1 token a second on the Assistants playground. I needed patience at reasoning_low to see what was going to happen…and it’s still going as I type.
