I spent 5 dollars to be able to use the openai API, however after deducting my 5 dollars the apikey still cannot be used. Still a common message “You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details. For more information on this error, read the docs: https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/error-codes/ api-errors.”
