from a previous thread on this community, it might have to do something with the VPN you are using and also try using other browser’s it seem’s that has helped out other people with the same issue.

The same issue occurred when the model was changed. It might be related to the length of the discussion in a single chat window. In my case, switching the model from 4o-mini to 4o helped.
