I have a problem, where a persistent error, this one here (Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.) appears every time I try to chat with the gpt chat, can someone help me?

You may try the method explained on this TOPIC
If does not solve the problem, contact to OpenAI Help Center and start a chat using widget on bottom-right side of the page with OpenAI support.
1 - Go to ChatGPT and log in with the account you want to use.
2- Go to Help Center and select the Chat widget icon.
3- Click on Messages
4- Click on Ask a question
