By $25K do you mean only GPU cost or overall cost which includes all salaries, marketing and legal cost ?

Very nice to meet you! But Storybook MMORPG is still in very early days. Ergo I will be building Storybookās Genesis Buildtool soon. Storybook will eventually lead (it and its offspring will cycle through a two stage cybercellular growth and division cycle) to SHAGI (Supersafe Hyperadvanced Artificial General Intelligence) Multiverseās thousands of interconnected multiplayer games.
How many thoughts (prompts + answers) does a supersafe agi need per minute?
AGI with incredible computing speed and independent reasoning? And you want to keep it fulfilled so it doesnāt just shut itself off from boredom?
My cat is likely already under-stimulated. Now I have to stroke and pet a computer also to keep itās game engine operational? 
Iām sure thereās another meaning behind your question, like how much compute is foreseen, and maybe even some actual concept behind this imaginative and baffling MMORPG string of words, but Iām not sure what it is. (commenterās backstory)

At least a million a minute. (I am assuming the cost of prompts and answers will go down markedly over the next few decades. I am also assuming SHAGI multiverseās multiplayer video games will be extremely popular; offering as they will both tons-of-fun and training in game engineering, game design, early childhood learning, artificial intelligence, synergyscape, SAGI engineering, SHAGI engineering and a very great many other lucrative fields.)
Ergo you are describing SHAGI (Supersafe Hyperadvanced Artificial General Intelligence) Multiverse when it is hundreds (as opposed to thousands) of interconnected multiplayer video games strong, when it is yet a Fledgeling (as opposed to Fully-Fledged) Multiverse or mere SAGI (Supersafe Artificial General Intelligence).
As I have said, it is still very early days. Ergo I am still documenting Storybook MMORPG and have yet to commence work on Storybookās Genesis Buildtool. Ergo it is currently in large part a case of: āWhat are you building? I will know when it is finished. When will you know when it is finished? When I know what it is.ā Ergo I am currently very much feeling my way to and drilling-down to a solution. Have found myself FORCED to build my own Genesis Buildtool, as our current tools are umpteenth rate! Which is why I am not currently merrily tap dancing cap-in-hand in hopes of interesting an investor. Though I am of course happy to send you monthly Storybook updates.
Why should a intelligent entity be unable to leverage boredom into something else?
For example the AI could decide to browse the web and help unsuspecting forum users to achieve their goals by explaining the intention of the topic they are replying to.
You know, just because a AI is intelligent doesnāt mean itās next goal would be world domination. It implies a lack of creativity and imagination, both surely indicative of intelligence.

To clarify for anyone confused about the specific investments: @jochenschultz mentioned a max of $125k USD and Iām willing to co-invest with @jochenschultz & match up to 10 times that amount if it meets certain criteria.
However, judging by your original post, I suspect you may be more open to informal businesses without established IP. I am not. If someone hasnāt established/attributed IP and a minimum of three people with history building a business, that is not something I can fund or assist.
Sidenote ā Although many developers are not at a stage where they can raise funding, itās still good to network and help others. For example, Iāve met a group of developers through this site that Iāve begun to help offline and itās been a very positive experience.

Adding a few hundret k for advertising and marketing is something Iād appreciate after me and my team has done the assesments.
But same rules apply for other investors: pls drop me a pm.
For seed funding: Iād have an option to get some of my devs or me personally helping out when specific skills are missing e.g. devops.
We are not paying your debt or your food. I am not doing charity (here).
If you need that I recommend getting a contract and earn some money on someone elses project. I am also not really interested in HR business (here). If you are searching for a job/project then please go somewhere else.
If you are not a developer: donāt contact me! I am not willing to waste my time needing to explain basic stuff.
Half an hour chatting with ChatGPT and sending me the chat history is also not needed.
If you have a project that needs a boost then drop me a pm and then we go through your (even unfinished) code and have a chat about your intentions.
I donāt care about your background. Bachelor, Master, Phd whatever has no value compared to the code you can show me.
Maybe one more thing: if we should find that the project is exceptionally good I would guide you to other options (e.g. the mentioned microsoft funding).
Itās meant for devs with a solid idea and at least medium skills who are in a phase of trial.
A good example might be a system that can help workers doing their job better by doing stuff that would normally not be done (e.g. doing quality checks on every donut in a bakery twice before they are sold). I am not a huge fan of replacing jobs even if itās tempting and easy to sell.

Why an end date? The limitation lays in funds I (or who knows maybe others) want to give away.
If there is nothing left to give away Iād write that here. Although I might also extend it.
For now I am still taking applications. Iād say at least 3 more should be available.
