I have about a million users for my GPTs, and there’s no benefit for me to keep maintaining them. I’ve been paying for the actions server (CF Worker) for two years. I’d like to ask if OpenAI offers any support for GPT builders who don’t collect user data or profit from their creations. I’ve heard feedback that some people subscribe to the Pro plan just to use my GPTs, which are niche and focus on industries not well-served by competitors. Since OpenAI is receiving that revenue, is there any program to help cover maintenance costs, coupons, grants, or partnerships (for example with Cloudflare’s OSS programs), to support projects like ours?

There will never be any further monetization for GPTs. OpenAI promised, and never delivered, yet got their land rush of developers providing free services to increase ChatGPT subscriber counts.
If you wish to provide even more information about your vertical, such as a brain dump of your complete idea in a video to make it even easier to directly purloin your concept, have not learned from being burned once by now even more promise of unspecified monetization, wish to engage in a unilateral contract that says “we can use and modify your content in perpetuity”, etc. …you can investigate the newer “ChatGPT apps” platform, now needing a review, and likely the approval process benefitting from being partner branding that OpenAI would observe to elevate their own status (if you look at what has been approved so far).
I would examine deeper “people will pay” (to the tune of $2400 a year), and convert clients directly into paying for a service that you provide.
