I added one payment method and the moment I added and clicked on submit it deducted USD 10. But when I checked the credit limit it still shows 0.00. I got SMS as well mail about account deducted. At least I should be getting some credit against USD 10. I am trying OpenAI API by creating new secret key but it says “openai.error.RateLimitError: You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details.”
Please look into this.
