During my research to the solution, I found a video on YouTube that proved to be helpful for getting out of this issue. It covers the same topic and provides step-by-step instructions on how to fix it. He explains a very quick method to fix the access denied error.

I think this issue can also occur based only on your ISP, even if your ISP is in the same country and doesn’t generally allow spam. There are certain US ISPs that allocate IP addresses differently than many services (e.g. YouTube) expect.
Ok, found a set of steps that can work. Here are the steps for Windows:
- Clear your browser cache for the site
- Open Command Prompt as administrator
- Run the following commands:
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
- Reboot the machine
