does this mean new users will have the monthly billing? or will they not, or after some time of using? i prefer monthly billing instead of prepaid, and i’m a new user so i don’t have the option yet. anybody knows anything?
Yes, new accounts will be pre-pay only. If you’re eligible, you might be allowed to move to monthly billing if you have a clean record and a bit of history.
