What the hell happened to image generation?
Before the update, it was fast, expressive, and reliable. Now, it’s a frustrating, broken mess.
- It takes forever to generate even one image.
- After just 3 generations, I hit a rate limit—and then I’m told to wait over 20 minutes to try again?
- The quality has dropped. The creativity feels neutered. It’s more rigid, more literal, and way less inspiring.
This is unacceptable—especially for a $20/month subscription. I’m paying for a product that I can’t even use effectively anymore. The tool I relied on has become unreliable, restricted, and creatively suffocating.
You’ve taken something magical and turned it into a painfully slow, over-moderated, rate-limited bottleneck.
This needs to be fixed. Quickly.
Bring back the speed, the flexibility, and the creative freedom—or at the very least, communicate with your users about what’s going on.
Right now, it feels like OpenAI just broke one of the best features of ChatGPT… and expects us to be okay with it. We’re not.
Do better.
