8 hours in , how serious are they about this really? its a matter of branding, they need to recon this is an issue and fix. if its a brand move tell us all, so can be prepared. there is a reason we are not using claude, i truly dont think they have the same bandwidth as openai. so tell us the issue so we all can be better prepared. thats all @VeitB all we need is response. we are loyal to openai, they need to show us there true appreciation back. dont leave us in the dark

What’s the point of having just one reset when the limits run out so quickly anyway?
Now, as a pre-emptive question as we have been missed on the last few resets, what about Business users? Would love to see that we aren’t missed again on a milestone.
Perhaps you should add the time zone information for the message being sent to the forum (this will make things easier, as I see this isn’t the first time you’ve said you’re sending a message from SF).

however some good new reset are finally kicking in but still draining way too quickly
got my reset and all I did was use it on general maintenance at 5.5 high and standard. 6 Hours in 100% gone to 0
While the team is working to resolve some issues around rate limits depleting too fast there’s also a new reset incoming.
