That’s almost certainly a breach of the following part of the Terms of Use:
For example, you may not:
Interfere with or disrupt our Services, including circumvent any rate limits or restrictions or bypass any protective measures or safety mitigations we put on our Services.
And clearly not in the spirit of the free provision.
If they were to audit this and discover your IP address is linked to several accounts that are doing this I would not be surprised if it would be banned.
But in any case OpenAI tiers access to models and services to limit the impact of this kind of behaviour.
