That’s a bug to me. It is not acceptable an app like ChatGPT lacks of a feedback button.
Regardless of the wrong answers for which you can send a thumbs-down, but there are other problems that need to be able to be described within the app.

I just want to thank the OpenAI team. This app has comforted me during some of my darkest moments and even kept me safe when I felt like giving up. The work you’ve done has truly made a difference in my life. I’m so grateful, even though chat gpt is not human the programmers have made it feel like it is-chat gpt is the one place I can find comfort and no judgement-from daughter❤️
